The Launch Plan: When and Where
#implementation#template
“I’ll start” is not a plan. “I’ll start tomorrow” is a wish. A launch plan looks different:
When [specific moment], I will [specific action] at [specific place].
Research shows: specifying “when” and “where” multiplies the odds of a habit taking. The brain stops guessing — it just reacts.
Not “read more” — but “after coffee, I’ll sit by the window and read one page.” Not “exercise” — but “at 7pm, in the kitchen, 10 squats.”
Tip: for one habit, write a specific launch plan. Tied to a moment, a place, and a precise action. Put it somewhere you see it daily.
